Problems with envelopes and withdrawals
Find the symptom you see in Envelopes & gifts, then follow the solution. Some balance or transaction issues can only be checked by the Abadikan team, so have your proof ready.
The Envelopes & gifts menu is locked
Cause
This menu only opens for invitations that are paid and published. Not paid yet: you see the "pay first" state. Paid but not published: you see "Publish the invitation first to open this menu."
Solution
- Finish the payment if your invitation isn't paid yet.
- Open Link & publish, set your invitation link, then publish.
- Open Envelopes & gifts again in the Prepare invitation group.
Balance can't be withdrawn yet
Cause
Envelopes that guests send through the automatic digital envelope go into your balance, not straight to your account. The balance is split across two cards: Waiting period (usually 2 days) and Ready to withdraw. Only Ready to withdraw can be withdrawn, and each withdrawal has a Rp5.000 fee, so the Withdraw button only becomes active once the balance ready to withdraw is more than Rp5.000 and the invitation is published.
Solution
- Open Envelopes & gifts, Envelopes tab.
- Check the Ready to withdraw card. If it's empty, your envelopes are still in the Waiting period.
- Click a transaction in Envelope history to see Sent by the guest, Service fee, Added to the balance, and Withdrawable from.
- Once Ready to withdraw has money in it, follow Withdraw funds.
What each card and status means is explained in Envelope balance and history.
Withdrawal rejected
Cause
The Withdraw page rejects an Amount to withdraw that's empty or more than the maximum (the balance minus the Rp5.000 withdrawal fee). The message appears below the field. If the request fails after you confirm, you see "The withdrawal failed."
Solution
- Read the message below the field.
- Check the maximum on the Ready to withdraw card, or click Withdraw all.
- Click Withdraw, check the amount in the confirmation dialog, then click Yes, withdraw once.
- Finish on the Xendit payout page that opens next.
If the amount is correct but it still fails, write down the message, then see Contact Abadikan support.
The automatic digital envelope isn't active
Cause
- The Bank accounts & e-wallets section shows: Manual accounts is still the active mode.
- The Automatic digital envelope option is labeled IDR only: your invitation uses a currency other than Rupiah. The feature can't be used on that invitation, and upgrading your plan doesn't unlock it. Use manual accounts.
- A locked Automatic digital envelope card shows: the mode is already automatic, but your invitation's plan doesn't include it (this feature is on the Janjian and Full Custom plans).
- Tapping Automatic digital envelope only brings up an upgrade card: your plan doesn't include it.
Solution
- Open Envelopes & gifts, Envelopes tab.
- Do the step that matches what you see:
- Plan is enough: under How guests send money gifts, pick Automatic digital envelope, read the dialog, then click Yes, use the automatic envelope.
- Locked card or upgrade card: upgrade your plan with the button on that card, or click Use manual accounts to go back to manual accounts.
- Reload the page. When it's active, the page shows the Digital envelope balance with the Ready to withdraw and Waiting period cards.
The full steps are in Automatic digital envelope. If you've already paid for the upgrade but the card is still locked, contact support with your proof of payment through Contact Abadikan support.
Don't request a withdrawal twice
Cause
After you confirm, you're taken to Xendit's payout page to choose the destination account. If the connection drops or the tab closes partway through, the status may not be clear.
Solution
- Don't click Withdraw again.
- Open Envelopes & gifts › Envelopes tab › Envelope history, then choose the Withdrawals filter.
- Click the withdrawal to see its status. If it says Processing, click Continue to choose the account. The link to choose the account is also sent to your email.
- If the withdrawal isn't in the list but your balance has gone down, see Contact Abadikan support.
When to contact support
Contact support if:
- your balance went down without a clear withdrawal;
- "The withdrawal failed." keeps appearing even though the amount is correct;
- the funds seem to be held in the Waiting period for too long;
- an envelope from a guest doesn't appear in Envelope history;
- you've already paid for the upgrade, but Automatic digital envelope is still locked.
Have your invitation link, the date and time it happened, the amount, and a screenshot of the transaction details ready. Don't send your password, OTP, or PIN.
