Can't access Wedding Planner or your account

Updated 17 Oct 2026

Find the symptom that looks most like yours, then follow the fix. This page is for couples as well as family or WOs invited as Wedding Planner team members.

Signing in takes you to the invitation dashboard

Cause

After you sign in, every account lands on the invitation dashboard. Wedding Planner isn't in the invitation sidebar; you open it from the product switch in the app bar.

Fix

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. In the app bar, click the product switch that says Invitation.
  3. Select Planner. The Planner home opens.

For family or WOs, see Sign in to Wedding Planner as a team member.

Cause

Team members can only open the menus the admin allows under Can open. A menu that hasn't been opened has a padlock icon, and opening it shows You don’t have access to [menu] yet. Settings & team is for admins only: opening it shows "Only the wedding admin can open Settings & team.", and you're sent back to Home.

Fix

  1. Ask the wedding admin to open Settings & team › the Team tab.
  2. The admin opens the three-dot menu on that member's card, then chooses Edit.
  3. In the Edit access for dialog, the admin picks the menus you need under Can open, then clicks Save.
  4. After the admin saves, reload the page (or open Planner again in a new tab). Your access is re-read every time a Planner page loads, so you don't need to log out and back in. If Planner is already open in a tab, moving between menus in that tab doesn't refresh your access yet. You can also use Copy message for the admin on the access screen to send your request.

If permissions have been granted and you've reloaded but the menus are still locked, also check the Your weddings picker in the app bar: your permissions apply per wedding. If nothing changes, see Contact Abadikan support. To manage the team, see Settings & team.

Taken to the Wedding Planner wizard

Cause

The account you're using isn't linked to any wedding yet. That's why opening the Planner product sends you to the "Start planning your wedding" wizard to create a new wedding.

Fix

  1. If you were invited as a team member, don't go through the wizard to the payment step.
  2. Ask the admin to check that your name is in Settings & team › the Team tab.
  3. If your name is there but you're still taken to the wizard, see Contact Abadikan support.

Payment QR expired

Cause

A payment QR has a time limit, shown by a "Bayar dalam …" (pay within …) countdown. Once time runs out, the page shows Pembayaran kedaluwarsa (payment expired) for an invitation payment, or This invoice has expired on the Planner payment page, and that QR must not be used again.

Fix for invitation payments

  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. On the Invitation not active yet — complete your payment banner, click Create New Payment.
  3. Pay the new QR before its countdown runs out.

The full steps are in Complete your invitation payment.

Fix for Wedding Planner payments

  1. Don't scan the expired QR.
  2. Write down the Invoice number shown on the payment page.
  3. If you're the wedding owner, click Pay again to create a new invoice, then pay the new QR. Other team members see "Ask the wedding owner to pay again.", so ask the owner to pay it.
  4. If you still have trouble, click Chat with admin; WhatsApp opens with a message that already contains the wedding name and the invoice number. Other support channels are listed in Contact Abadikan support.

If you've already paid but the status hasn't changed, wait for the page to refresh on its own (it checks every 10 seconds) or click Check now. A successful payment shows Payment successful. Details are in Pay with QRIS.

Referral commission not showing up

Cause

Commission is recorded from the purchases of people you referred. If that person isn't recorded as your referral yet or hasn't bought anything, there's no commission yet.

Fix

  1. Open Referral from your avatar in the app bar.
  2. Open the My referrals tab. Check whether the person you invited is in the list, and whether they still show No purchase yet.
  3. Open the Transactions tab. Check the commission Status, for example Pending or Confirmed.
  4. If that person has already bought but isn't in the list, contact support with their name and purchase date through Contact Abadikan support.

How to share your code and withdraw your balance is in Share your referral code and withdraw your balance.

Email not verified

Cause

Your email hasn't been verified, shown by the Your email isn't verified yet warning in Settings. You can only verify using the link in the email Abadikan sends.

Fix

  1. Check the inbox of your account email, including the spam folder.
  2. Open the verification link in that email. If the email isn't there, open Settings from your avatar and click Resend verification email.
  3. Wait until the message "Email successfully verified" appears and you're taken to the Sign in page.

If the screen shows Verification failed or the verification email isn't there, see Contact Abadikan support.

Cause

The password reset link has expired or is incomplete. The reset page shows "Invalid token." with the note "The password reset link is invalid or has expired."

Fix

  1. Open the Sign in page, then click Forgot password?.
  2. Enter your account email and click Send Reset Link.
  3. Open the newest email from Abadikan and click the link in it.
  4. Fill in New Password and Confirm Password, then click Save Password.

If you see "Too many attempts. Please wait a moment, then try again.", wait a little before asking for a new link. The full guide is in Sign up and sign in.
