Event day

Event day (Hari H) is the menu group in the Invitation product sidebar for the event itself: recording guests as they arrive, greeting them on the venue screen, arranging tables, and collecting photos. All of it is part of the Digital Guestbook service, which is separate from the invitation package.

What's in the Event day group

The order matches the sidebar (on a phone, open the Menu tab; see Dashboard menus and navigation):

Next to the Event day text there is a small label that changes with your invitation's state:

StateWhat happens when you click an Event day menu
Invitation not paid or payment not finishedYou are sent to Home, which shows the "pay first" page for that menu.
Paid, Digital Guestbook not activeThe Activate the Digital Guestbook window opens. Menus look normal, with no lock, as long as the group is labeled Not active.
Paid and active, but one feature is turned offThat menu has a lock and clicking it opens the same window. For example Check-in photos when check-in photos are turned off.

Event day menus don't require the invitation to be published. A paid but unpublished invitation can still open QR check-in and the others, as long as the Digital Guestbook is active.
