Create and pay for a Digital Gift

Choose a format in the catalog, fill in the gift in the editor, then pay once. After the payment is confirmed, the gift's status is Published and its link is ready to send to the recipient.

Choose a format

  1. Open Choose a Digital Gift, the Digital Gift catalog.
  2. Search for a format in the Search digital gift... field, or filter with All and Friend Lv. Tap Watch to see a sample video.
  3. Tap View Detail on the format you want, then check the Features list.
  4. Tap Create Now.
  5. If you aren't signed in, the Sign In to Continue window opens. Enter your email and password and tap Sign In, or tap Sign in with Google. Don't have an account? Tap Sign Up.

The Preparing your creation... screen appears, then the editor opens. From this point on, your gift draft is saved to your account.

Fill in the gift in the editor

  1. On your first visit, the Choose Template & Theme window opens. Pick a Text Template and a Color Theme, then tap Start Creating Gift.
  2. On a phone or tablet, tap Edit Content at the bottom right, fill in the fields, then tap Done. On a laptop, the fields are in the left panel and the preview is on the right.
  3. Change the gift's title in the Change title here... field at the top.
  4. Tap Preview (on a phone, it's the screen icon at the top right), then choose Desktop or Mobile to see what the recipient will see.

Everything in the template is just sample content; you can replace the text, photos, and songs. Changes are saved automatically: on a laptop, the status Saving... and then Saved appears at the top; on a phone, it shows up as a brief notification. The DRAFT ABADIKAN text appears only in the editor preview, not in the gift the recipient gets.

If the format is ScrapMemo

The ScrapMemo editor works differently from the steps above: it's laid out like a scrapbook page. Choose a tool (Teks (text), Foto (photo), Stiker (sticker), Suara (voice), Video, Lagu (song), Tape), then tap or drag it onto the page. The limits: max. 6 pages, 5 MB per photo, and 25 MB per video with a duration of 15 seconds.

Pay and publish

  1. Tap Share at the top right (on a phone, it's the share icon). If the title is still empty, it's filled in automatically, for example Special Gift.
  2. In the Publish Your Gift sheet, check the price labeled One-time Payment.
  3. Tap Pay & Publish. Processing payment... appears, then you're redirected to the Xendit payment page.
  4. Complete the payment on that page.
  5. After paying, you return to the Processing Payment page. Wait until Payment Successful! appears.
  6. Tap View Digital Gift to open your gift, or Edit Digital Gift to go back to the editor.

The gift becomes Published once the payment is confirmed, not when you tap the button. There's no promo code field: if a Digital Gift promo is running, the discount shows automatically in the Publish Your Gift sheet.

Payments that are unconfirmed, failed, or expired, as well as photo upload error messages, are covered in Digital Gift payment failed or won't open.
