Withdraw envelope funds

Envelopes from guests collect in your digital envelope balance. Use Withdraw to move it to your bank account or e-wallet.

Note·Requirements

• The invitation is published.
• Automatic digital envelope is the active mode, and your plan includes it (Janjian or Full Custom).
• The Ready to withdraw balance is more than Rp5.000. Each withdrawal has a Rp5.000 fee, taken from that same balance.

Non-Rupiah invitations can't use the automatic digital envelope. If such an invitation still has a balance from before, the balance stays on the Envelopes tab and can be withdrawn from there.

If the requirements aren't met, the withdraw page sends you back to Envelopes & gifts, and the Withdraw button on the Envelopes tab is disabled. Envelopes still in the Waiting period can't be withdrawn yet.

Withdraw

1. Go to Envelopes & gifts, Envelopes tab, then click Withdraw. The Withdraw page opens.
2. Check Ready to withdraw. Below it is the most you can withdraw (the balance minus the withdrawal fee).
3. Fill in Amount to withdraw, or click Withdraw all.
4. Check the breakdown: Amount withdrawn, Withdrawal fee, Taken off the balance, Balance left to withdraw.
5. Click Withdraw. In the "Withdraw [amount]?" dialog, click Yes, withdraw.
6. You're taken to Xendit's payout page to choose the destination bank or e-wallet. The link is also sent to your email.

If no Xendit page opens, you see "Withdrawal recorded. Check your email for the link to choose the destination account." and you're taken back to Envelopes & gifts.

Important.

Don't request the same withdrawal twice. If you're not sure, check the Withdrawals filter in Envelope history first. In the details of a withdrawal with the Processing status there's a Continue to choose the account button. If you're still unsure, contact our team through Contact Abadikan support.

If a withdrawal is rejected

Message	What it means
Enter the amount to withdraw.	Amount to withdraw is empty.
At most [max], because the Rp5.000 withdrawal fee comes off the same balance.	The amount is too high. Lower it, or click Withdraw all.
The withdrawal failed.	The system rejected the request. Try again, or contact support.

If the balance ready to withdraw isn't more than Rp5.000 yet, the form doesn't show and you only see a note about the minimum.
