Guest activity in the digital catalog

Guest activity answers "who has opened your catalog, and what did they look at". This menu is the report for invitations of the digital catalog type, and it replaces the old Catalog analytics page.

The Guest activity menu only exists when the invitation you have selected is a digital catalog. Wedding invitations use Statistics as their report. If you open the Guest activity address from another invitation, you are redirected to Statistics. The old /catalog/guest-analytics address also redirects to this page.

Open Guest activity

1. Pick your digital catalog with Your invitations in the app bar.
2. In the sidebar, under the Digital catalog group, click Guest activity. On a phone, use the Activity tab in the bottom tab bar.

The digital catalog sidebar has Home and a Digital catalog group with two menus: Guest list and Guest activity. Like the other invitation menus, they stay locked until your invitation is paid. See Dashboard menus and navigation.

Guests and their activity

Under the title is a summary, e.g. "4 of 12 guests have activity". There are two views, chosen with the All guests and Most active buttons:

View	Contents
All guests	Every guest in the Guest list, with their contact (phone, email, or code), their action count ("12 actions" or "No activity yet"), and "Last opened …".
Most active	Only guests who already have activity, ordered from the most actions down.

Type in Search guest name to search. Results appear once you stop typing for a moment. If nothing matches, "No guests match …" appears. The list shows 12 guests per page, with Previous and Next buttons under it.

Click a guest card (View … activity) to open the details. Another shortcut: in the Guest list, open a guest's action menu and choose View activity.

If the page is still empty:

• No guests yet: add guests and send them their personal link. The Go to guest list button opens it.
• No activity yet: activity shows up once guests open their personal link and start browsing your catalog.

One guest's details

The details page is titled with the guest's name, with the line "Everything … did in your catalog." Click Guest activity above it to go back to the list.

Section	Meaning
Visits	How many visits had at least one action.
Total actions	How many times the guest opened pages, viewed items, or tapped buttons.
Devices	How many different devices were used. Shows as "3+" until all visits are loaded.
What they did	All visits combined, most frequent action first, e.g. Played the music, Viewed the catalog info, Sent an RSVP, Opened the … page, Viewed …, Tapped ….
By visit	Newest visit first. Each Visit n card shows the action count, the device ("Unknown device" if it couldn't be read), Started, Last action, and Activity span.

Note.

Activity span runs from when the guest opened the catalog to their last action. It is not how long the guest stayed on the page. Times are in WIB, and if a time can't be read it says "Time not available".

Under By visit is a line such as "10 of 25 visits". Click Load more to show the next visits.

If the guest has never opened their personal link, the details show No activity yet with a Back to the list button. If the data can't be loaded, "Couldn't load guest activity" appears with a Try again button.
