Build your event rundown day by day
The Rundown menu lays out your event activities day by day, always sorted by time. Besides the Wedding day, you can add other days like the proposal, a prayer gathering, siraman, or the groom's-home reception (unduh mantu).
Before you start
- In the app bar, choose the Planner product.
- In the sidebar, under the Preparation group, click Rundown.
There is no save button on this page. Changes show at once and are saved in the background.
If there are no activities yet, the page shows The rundown is empty. Click Add the first activity to start.
Add an activity
- Open the tab of the day you want to fill in, then click Add activity (or Add an activity to this day). The start time follows the end time of the last activity. If there are no activities yet, it starts at the event time from your wedding details, or 10:30 if no event time is filled in. The end time is automatically 60 minutes after the start.
- Fill in the Activity name (required), Starts, and Ends. Length is calculated automatically, and the end time can't be before the start time.
- Fill in Location, Vendor, and Person in charge if needed. Each is limited to 255 characters.
- Pick the Day and Side (Groom, Bride, Both, or No side). Changing the day moves the activity to that day's tab.
- Turn on Key moment so the activity is shown in green on the rundown.
- Click Add to rundown.

On each activity:
- Click the activity card (or Edit in the three-dot menu) to open the Edit activity dialog, change the details, then click Save.
- Mark as key moment highlights it in green (with a Key moment label); Unmark key moment removes it. Both are in the three-dot menu, no dialog needed.
- An activity whose time overlaps the previous one is flagged Overlaps with …. It is only a warning; you can still keep it, for example for a photo session that runs during the meal.
- Reorder by dragging the handle (desktop) or Move up / Move down in the three-dot menu (mobile). What swaps is the start time; the length stays. The existing start times are handed out again in the new order, and each end time follows its length (cut off at 23:59).
- To delete, choose Delete in the three-dot menu, or click Delete in the Edit activity dialog, then confirm.
The cards at the top show the number of Activities that day, the Time range, and All days (the number of days and activities).
Add and manage days
A new rundown only has a Wedding day tab, which follows the wedding date and can't be deleted. For other days, click + Day on the tabs (or Add day in the page's three-dot menu):
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Day name | For example "Siraman". Required. |
| Date | Follows the wedding date (enter the number of days before/after the wedding; it shifts if the wedding date changes) or Own date. |
| Location | For example the bride's family home. |
| Host | Groom, Bride, Both, or No side. In the day header this shows as a chip: Groom's family, Bride's family, or Both families. |
Day tabs are sorted by date. If the wedding date isn't set yet, days that follow the wedding date show Date to follow. You can also dismiss the Events on other days? prompt that appears on a rundown that only has the Wedding day.

The day header shows the name, the full date with D-x, the location, the host, and the processions linked to that day (Procession: …). That link is managed from the Processions module. Use Edit day or the three-dot menu to change it, or Delete day.
Export to PDF
In the page's three-dot menu:
- Export this day as PDF: the day that's currently open.
- Export all days as PDF: all days in one file.
PDF columns: Time, Activity, Side, Location, Vendor / PIC.
