Planner home

Home is the first screen in the Planner product. It holds the countdown to the big day, your preparation progress, a summary of each menu, and the things you should handle first. All the numbers are calculated from the data in other menus, so you don't fill in Home yourself.

Sections on the screen

In the app bar, choose the Planner product, then open Home in the sidebar. From top to bottom:

SectionWhat's in it
Main cardThe date, time (WIB), and venue, then the couple's names with the days left ("Dika & Putri, 38 days to go"). Below it the religion, adat, and how many tasks are done, plus a countdown in days, hours, and min. The Edit wedding details button (admins only) opens Settings. If the date isn't set it says Date not set yet; if the big day has passed it says The big day has passed. Congratulations!
Pick religion & customsOnly for older weddings, see the section below.
Next stepThe task to do first, see the section below.
Needs attentionWhat's late or unfinished. This section only appears when there is something.
Progress by moduleOne card per menu with its key number.
Quick actionsButtons to add a task, activity, budget item, vendor, or document right away. Only menus you can open are shown.

The module cards show:

CardWhat's in it
To-doTasks done out of the total, and how many are late.
ProcessionsProcessions done out of the total, and the next one. This card only exists when the wedding has Processions, and it's locked if you don't have the Rundown permission.
RundownThe number of days with their names, or the number of activities.
BudgetThe amount spent, the plan, and the percentage. If spending goes over the plan it says over and the difference. While there are no items, the card shows your first estimate from the Wizard.
Wedding savingsTotal saved toward the target.
VendorsCategories with a chosen vendor out of all categories.
UniformsHow many have been handed out.
SeserahanThe number of items.
PaperworkDocuments done out of the total, and how many are late.

A card with nothing in it yet shows its first step, for example "Add a budget item". If its data fails to load, that card shows a Try again button without affecting the others. The whole card is a link into that menu.

Next step and Needs attention

Home highlights what's most urgent, calculated from To-do, Vendor, and Paperwork:

  • Next step: the unfinished task with the nearest due date, with its date, D-x, side, and notes from your package. If no task has a due date yet, it picks a task from the nearest group and says so. Click Open To-do or Mark as done right from here. A new wedding with no tasks and no budget items sees a nudge instead: Create your first budget category, with a Start button.
  • Needs attention: overdue tasks (n late tasks), vendors past their booking deadline, and required documents that aren't done yet (Required documents: n of n required still open). Click View or Open on a row to go there.

If the wedding date isn't set yet, set it in Settings & team first so D-x can be calculated.

Older weddings: Pick religion & customs

Weddings created before the religion & adat feature aren't filled in automatically. For owners and admins, Home shows a card: Pick your religion & customs to fill the Planner. Click Pick religion & customs to open Settings & team, Religion & customs tab, or Not now to hide it. The card stays hidden on that device for 30 days, then shows up once more. The Processions module only appears once the wedding has a religion or adat.

Switch or create a wedding

The Your weddings picker is in the app bar (on a phone, at the top of Menu). Choose the wedding you want to open, or Start a new wedding to begin the Wizard again. The Planner package card in the sidebar follows the wedding you currently have open (details).

Next steps

  • To-do: add tasks and set their due dates.
  • Budget: fill in budget items and what you've actually spent.
  • Vendor: note down the vendors you're considering.
